Return Policy
FREIGHT DAMAGE WARNING: Recipient is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon arrival and will be liable for repairs and/or damages not noted on the delivery receipt. Open your packages immediately. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 HOURS or claim will be denied.
RETURNED GOODS will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be new/unused and returned within 5 days of receiving. Custom color products are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
REFUND POLICY: Any refunds must be requested within 5 days of payment date. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method minus any processing fees.
